This image depicts breaking the mould of men's mental health/toxic masculinity.

As a father of three boys and of course a son myself there has never been a more pivotal time in history to address the lack of awareness of the fact men have hearts, dreams and desires outside of the nuclear family structure.

Raising awareness around men's mental health and eliminating generational toxic traits will allow current and future generations of men to become more self aware, lower suicide rates, curb violence against women and let men be men in a healthy manner.

So this is my submission and I thank you for your time in looking at it. I hope it has challenged you or made you question where men are going into the future.
